To the left is a "MF465" key. To the right is an ILCO #YH26/X66 blank cut to factory specs to match the "MF465".
If
duplicating, the key and blank should be lined up by the tip (the key
stops on the tip when in the lock). Cutting the shoulders back may not
be necessary on the YH26/X66 (it wasn't needed when we reproduced the
key in shop).
When making the key by code, referencing from the shoulder:
- 1st cut: .128
- Spacing: .093
- 1-- .235 (blank)
- 2-- .215
- 3-- .195
- 4-- .175
When cutting the key by code, lining up from tip:
- Distance from tip to tip-cut: .130
- Spacing: .093
- 1-- .235 (blank)
- 2-- .215
- 3-- .195
- 4-- .175
Cuts for "MF465" are 22312 (this is the only code we have so far; please add others as they become available).
Here are three different views of the lock on which "MF465" operates:
(Note:
this is said to be a "knock off" of Sandusky brand furniture. An
original "FM028" key was presented [looks similar, cuts appear to be
~12322], but it is recommended that the locks for these be brought in
with the keys for duplication for the foreseeable future.)

UPDATE
(1/23/14)-- had one come in with the code# "MF453" (cuts: 13321). On
this one, starting cut was at .170" (from shoulder), same depths and
space between cuts. Also noted some restrictions place between the 2nd
& 3rd cuts and immediately after the 5th. This made for having to
grind the blade of the key across the mill sides (as opposed to the edge
which can be easily done with the grinder)...until I knocked those
restrictions out.
