Wind-Danbury/Hirsch W601-W650 Series Desk Keys

Pictured here are two sides of a “W627” key from a customer, listed as being from a Global brand of office furniture. Unfortunately, when that code is called up on our program, we get an Ilco# 1866-10 blank with cuts of 55533 (can substitute an IN8 blank with Hudson Wafer spec cuts of 444XX). THIS key, on the other hand, has millings that are ALMOST mirror image and cuts of 33221 (1^st/Spc-- .130/.097; 1=.240, 2=.220, 3=.200, overall blank height = .240”).

According to Cubicle Keys (Louisville, KY) at their web site http://www.cubiclekeys.com/hirsh-w-furniture-keys.html, this key is the same as the Hirsch W601-W650 series keys. Until we can get some more specs on this series, be cautious when cutting ANY W-series key from 601 and up.
