This first picture is of a "001" double sided key for a National brand desk lock:

It seems duplication
can be achieved by shaving ~.008" off of both sides of the blank (using
the Framon machine, thus bringing the blank to a .260" width) and
lining the original and key blank along the bottom of the chucks (similar to the Friant double sided keys). The cuts for "001", based on the Friant specs are 13122 (as we see more keys from this series arrive, please take note of the cuts where possible).
